Shrimp Pot Stickers with a Sriracha-Ginger Dipping Sauce: Ok while out on my quest to find whole wheat won ton wrappers, a had a conversation with a chef at Whole Foods who suggested if we were going to have "pot sticker night" tonight, why not make some shrimp ones as well for a little variety? Challenge Accepted!

Warm Tofu with Spicy Garlic Sauce • 1 (14- to 18-oz) package firm tofu • 1 tsp chopped garlic • ¼ cup chopped scallion • 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted & crushed with side of a heavy knife • 3 TB soy sauce • 1 TB Asian sesame oil • 1 tsp coarse Korean hot red-pepper flakes (crushed red pepper flakes) • 1/2 tsp sugar
