Shrimp Pot Stickers with a Sriracha-Ginger Dipping Sauce: Ok while out on my quest to find whole wheat won ton wrappers, a had a conversation with a chef at Whole Foods who suggested if we were going to have "pot sticker night" tonight, why not make some shrimp ones as well for a little variety? Challenge Accepted!

I made tighter stack on bottom and added one layer of mango salsa and thin pickle cucumber and ginger... then put the ahi on top... drizzle with light wasabi creme fraiche sauce.... yum
